An American EoFFer in London

I wouldnt know to be honest. I only moved to Manchester 3 weeks ago but so far its a great city.

I'm gonna be in Southampton that weekend 'cause of the Dragonforce Concert. :(

Sounds cool, Chelsea is a great place to go seeing as your near the city centre yet away from all the hustle and bustle. I dont have a clue whether Ill be available on that date, If your around the London Bridge area then I might just have to say hello.

I wouldn't recommend Manchester. Then again, I wouldn't recommend London or Chelsea either. Find a nice seaside resort, enjoy some stereotypical English fish and chips and take a swim in the polluted waters. ;)

Failing that, you could go one better and visit Wales.
