Knickers Vs Panties

In that case, although I'm english I'd say that 'panties' is a better word, although I don't use either. I think the last time I called any underwear 'knickers' was when I was about 8!

I don't know of any American that calls them knickers. If I ever meet one I'll be sure to let you guys know.

hmm ok well you didn't exactly make the right impression with the question there. LOL ok, panties is certainly the better word but as you can see I tend to use the word Thong to describe womens underwear

I don't like either word...I'll just say..."underwear" or "girly boxers" :p

None. Free and easy is the way to go.

Panties is a much better word for them. Knickers is not delicate enough.

Panties sounds more sexual, so that get's my vote. Saying "hey hun get those knickers off" is just not the same.
