All of the Killer7 sound effects are really unique.

Though they've been used to death, Resident Evil's various oft-repeated one-liners are great, too.

I'll say Laharl's laugh during Meteor Strike just because it's so hilariously stupid.

We cannot forget Kefka's laughter and the Demi noise from FF VI.
