Yeah he is great he can with his Ability copies all the the Special Ability from other Pokemon.
I now feel competent enough to play a game that it incredibly difficult for my brain.
My brain has less reasoning power than that of a pre-teen. I don't know how kids can play these games: I certainly cannot.
My life is fulfilled! I best die now before someone or something soil it!
Grass type starters were originally created for beginners, just like in R, B, &Y. The creators of the game set up this players system to correspond with what starter they chose and how good they were at the game.
Grass - Beginner - Super Effective against Brock (Rock) and Misty (Water) - Fast EXP gain ratio
Water - Intermediate - Super effective against Brock (Rock) but weak against Misty (Water) - Medium EXP gain ratio
Fire - Experienced - Weak against Brock (Rock) and Misty (Water) - Slow EXP gain ratio
In R/S/E It's nearly the same, but with only one leader this time.
Grass nukes Roxxane (Rock) with fast EXP gain ratio and being super effective against her Geodude against their ground/rock types
Water nukes Roxxane (Rock) with medium EXP gain ratio and being super effective against her Geodude against their ground/rock types
Fire is semi-owned by Roxxane and her Rock types mainly because if you still have Torchic, rock throw will nuke you, but Combusken can nuke them with double kick, as well as the fighting type nullifying the 'super-effectiveness' of rock type attacks against him/her. Drawback is slow EXP gain ratio.
Moral here is that there is no one best Pokèmon, but strength lies in how well they match up.
what if its a null type pokemon?
that has an attack that criticals and super effectives everytime D:?

I completed this when I had no internets and my Swellow sucked. it was level 37 by the time I got to Ever-Grande city and pretty useless so I went and caught Rayquaza to fight the Elite Four with instead.
Cool man that you had that Green Dragon Pokemon named Rayquaza.
