There's no AP Plus. Only HP/MP/Magic/Speed/Luck/EXP/Gil Plus. The only way to increase AP gain is to use Double or Triple growth equipment.

6. not make all the summons super long.

Biggest thing for me would be a resolution improvement. The graphics are as much a part of the feeling of the game as anything else, but upping the resolution would be nice.
