That's what I've guessed, anyway. If Devil Man really was Shlupquack, I doubt that he would have broken as many rules as he has. Besides, I know him pretty well, and I doubt someone could orchestrate his personality. Besides, that would be abusing too much power for a former staff/Administrator. I know you staff have slightly misused the abilities gained from your positions before, but that would go too far, I think.

That's what I've guessed, anyway. If Devil Man really was Shlupquack, I doubt that he would have broken as many rules as he has.
