Playing with my cat also seems to help me sometimes. I'm the only one in my house that he trusts anymore, so it's kind of nice =]

If I'm ever feeling stressed I just cuddle something or someone, usually my boyfriend :D :D :D cuddling relaxes me :D :D :D

I used to write, but now writing is a source of stress for me. EoFF should help, but I don't think it does much.

I like to drink, but I usually relax to prep for me next period of not-being-relaxed, which usually required all my brainpower, so no drinking.

So I don't really know. I'm never relaxed.

I basically watch TV, lie down, and eat crappy food. :cool:

And play with my cat. And my grandma. And my grandma's cat.

I fill a hot tub with mint and eukalyptus leaves, turn out all the lights, jump in and just listen: to the cars outside, the a drip from the faucet, my breathing...

Um, to relax myself, I play good video games or read good webcomics.

write, play video-games, take a nap...basically the same things i do when i'm bored.

Hey! you're not from Kansas, you shouldn't be complaining! I get made fun of because people ask me if we have colored tvs yet or if Kansas is still in black and white. :(

I find walks to be the most soothing thing ever. Seriously. I used to get home from a rough day at school and just head outside with a cd player and walk mile after mile. I don't think anything else can beat that.

I go to sleep.

The Wicked Witch of the West was just misunderstood. :(

I like to just sit around and read with a bowl of kettlecorn or sunflower seeds. Nice and relaxing. :)
