I'd get rid of electronic devices or even grass.

I'd get rid of alcohol.

I'd give everyone "The God Delusion" by Dawkins.

I'd get rid of ugly people and replace them with good looking ones.

I'd get rid of cereal and snack cakes.

I'd replace them with "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks".

And lots of bandages. Just in case.

But the "ugly" ones are usually the coolest to hang out with, they don't make fun of you at all. And they know how it feels to be made fun of, so if you are made fun of, they know how to try and make you feel better :c)
