The ending of FFX and Metal Gear Solid 3 have got me closer than anything. I also felt sad for Sniper Wolf and Psycho Mantis from the first Solid.

I cried when Eiko and Garnet summon Alexander in FF IX, and I cried during Moblitz's scene in FF VI, when Tina/Terra is called mother by the children. Actually I didn't cry when I played the scene, but when I read it in the original script. Strange, uh?

When I was a kid I cried to the Aries death scene in FF7. Pretty funny now that I think about it.
I cried when the twins from ff4 sacrificed themselves...:(

Tales of the Abyss is great at making me tear up so far.
I also tear up whenever I replay an emotional scene, a character dies, etc. The standard stuff.
You know, I found the ending of FF X more sad after I finished X-2. :P

the sniper wolfe thing in mgs 1 was the best part of that game....i thought...that was great...very emotional....and um....
mgs2 that thign with hal jus pissed me off...ya knwo the thing about him bangin his mom....
uh...ff8 was emotional..but i find lots of ffs lack emotion..like..actual emotion...
TALES OF PHANTASIA....that was great....everytime a town burnt down or someones mother died or sime crazy :skull::skull::skull::skull: liek that i felt emotional...and btw...ui have never cried at any of these points...they are jus emotional...

Aurons sending was easily the best part of FF X. The entire ending was actually well done for the crap they used to get that far, but not even close to tears.
Now the end of Xenosage three was my closes.
(SPOILER)As Chaos and Kos-Mos stay behind to guide the Gnosis to Lost Jerusalum, the others are escaping. Knowing the can't do it alone, Jin heads back in the Damaged Mech unit and rushed to their aid as Shion and the others escape. With the only mech Gone with Jin, there is no way to follow him. HE promises to meat up with them again, however during the fight at the center, Jin, enduring several attacks from Gnosis fight's on bravely, even pulling out the enemies sword from his body and using that as well as his own to keep on fighting as long as he can. However not even he could endure the fight, as eventually he collapsed and Died, his sacrafice ensuring success. It seemed like it happened to Kos-mos as well, but it wasn't as awsome as Jin's fight. Plus I'm not sure Kos-mos is actually gone, as if they do make a forth I think you may see her again. Though if they turn around and say Jin didn't die I'll be pissed off, as it would kill that whole moment, much like FF X-2 killed the whole thing with X's ending, one of the only good things about that game. The Thing with Shion, Kevin, and Allen was also pretty good, though not as cool awesome or sad as Jin.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The entire plot leading up to the ending was beautifully done and the final scene where Big Boss is at the graveyard and even he begins to tear up...
