Everyone should generally remember that there's no harm in sending in nominations for people even if you aren't certain they should be the winner. Nominations are just suggestions for people to vote on later - there's nothing wrong with suggesting someone, and if two people suggest them and they end up going on to win, then clearly you helped! If they don't win, then you've lost nothing. So don't freak out if you aren't 100% certain that you've nominated "the right person". :p
