I've seen every movie from this round except 6, but I'm pretty sure I still got a bunch wrong. :p

No, it's not fantastic and it sure as hell didn't deserve all of the Oscars it got. However, it's the biggest grossing movie of all time, and was so hugely popular that I thought everyone had at least seen it once. But, apparently not :)Quote:

I agree with Mr. Panayi. LA Confidential is a fantastic movie. And a fantastic book, too.
It is one of the best book to film adaptations ever made too. The sprawling plot of the book is distilled very well into 150 minutes. Excellent film all round.
Shame there were no questions on that film really in retrospect XD
