Yes! Congrats! No :stare:
A random island inside the northern crater that Cloud hops on?
Gettin' closer!
A random island in the Whirlwind Maze that Cloud hops on?
When you're hopping down the little island-steps at the bottom of the crater with the Iron Giants and such, does the fourth step have some specific monster on it or something? Anyone remember?
Since when do islands have windows and doors in the first place?Quote:
An island devoid of both window and door
How trying to solve this riddle is making me feel:
http://i.imgur.com/q9njg40.gif
The place in the Forgotten City where (SPOILER)Aeris dies and you fight Jenova?
Nope! Keep the guesses coming though guys. Honestly, if you get the answer, you should know it. All four lines of my riddle are relevant to the answer in some way. One line might not be relevant immediately, but when you know the answer, you'll find there's still a clue that you've got it right in that line.
It's safe to say this one's a bit obscure
An island devoid of both window and door
A double crossing you could easily ignore
Still, best avoid that level four
Is it the fight with Sephiroth at the end of the game when you use Omnislash? Or the place where the fight takes place?
Is it the island that holds the Temple of the Ancients? Or the Temple of the Ancients after it's been destroyed?
Is it in Final Fantasy VII?
It is in Final Fantasy VII.
It is not the Temple of the Ancients (or any of the things Jinx mentioned).
It is not in the Northern Crater.
is it......NOTHING!!
The safe in shinra mansion where you get RedXIII's level 4 limit break Cosmo Memory?
The Great Glacier. Or more specifically, that cave on the island in the great glacier.
Hey, that's where you get the safety bit.
It's safe to say...
I think you're onto something Bubba. Not sure how the other lines fit, though.
Is it the jerk hole?
Winner!
It's safe to say this one's a bit obscure - Could have written this as "It's Safety say this one's a Bit obscure" but that would have been way too obvious. So that line was a bit obscure - just like the island.
An island devoid of both window and door - Well, it's an island with a cave - no windows or doors here.
A double crossing you could easily ignore - You don't have to do that weird ice cube hopping crossing there and back if you don't want to. You can easily ignore this part of the game entirely.
Still, best avoid that level four - But perhaps best not to avoid it because the Safety Bit you get on the other side defends against Level 4 Death.
Wow, it took me 2 months to remember I made this thread.

I'll be sure to pay attention now. The first reply was correct though. I'll keep a win count in the first post.
So the answer wasn't the Chocobo Farm?
Oh crap, it's my go. Sorry, completely forgot about this.
This sounds easy in my head but you never know with these things.
Woman is all kinds of crazy?
Unsure where she is though
Taking over, they're
All up in your face
I prefer the friendlier alternative
Getting Yuffie?
Not getting Yuffie, no.
JENOVA and/or Scarlet seem like the obvious options for "Woman is all kinds of crazy", so I'll throw their names into the guess hat.
Not Jenova or Scarlet
The first two lines may be a little misleading so I'll clarify straight away. The "Woman" doesn't refer to any character or NPC in the game. Or anyone in real life.
I see you Bubba, surreptitiously spelling out WUTAI with the first letters of each line.
Sounds to me like it has something to do with Yuffie and Elena being strung up on the face of the Da-chao statue...but that doesn't fit all the lines so I still don't know.
It almost sounds like it's describing the Turks and their actions in the Wutai sidequest. Explaining to the party about Da Chao, dealing with Don Corneo, forming a truce with Cloud.
It sounds like you're describing the events at the Honeybee Inn to me...
Good spot, Metagloria!
Yup, the answer is linked to Wutai. Nothing so far is correct though.
The multi-faced boss in the pagoda?
Is it the room of cats in Wutai? Where later you find Yuffie?
Ooh, I think it will be. It explains the crazy lady thing. Crazy cat lady (from the Simpsons and general real life people) isn't there, but the cats certainly are.
Good call, the room full of cats does seems to be it.
I think meta nailed it. Godo fits all the clues.
How is a woman whose head rotates not crazy looking?
Unsure where she is because she changed faces.
Taking over might refer to them rotating, one face taking over for the other and line four explicitly mentions face.
The "friendlier alternative" might refer to the gold face which just cures and casts mini and sleep, which are friendly compared to Trine, Bio, Beast Sword, etc.
Edit: nvm, the friendlier alternative too obviously refers to dogs instead of cats. Dangit. Sorry meta, tried to back you up! Godo fits all the clues, though. So it's really a double riddle.
A great combined effort everyone but Aerith's Knight has it!
Woman is all kinds of crazy?
As BoB pointed out it's a reference to crazy cat lady
Unsure where she is though
There isn't actually one in the game but you can imagine her living in this house
Taking over, they're
All up in your face
You literally cannot move in that place for those pesky felines
I prefer the friendlier alternative
As chionos pointed out, I'm more of a dog person
I also snuck in the location with the first letter of each line.
AK, the floor is yours!
Thanks Bubba.
Alright, time for some action!
Beaten and bloody,
No chance for respite.
Woe to the unprepared,
Prepare to fight!
Dedication or planning,
you'll need for this.
The story puts up a wall,
And you can't fall,
into the abyss.
Well AK's riddle acronymifies to BNWPDYTAI, so that's obviously related to the answer.
Gonna go with the Chocobo Farm ...or maybe the whirlwind maze where you have to run across and either time it right or battle, but you can't actually get knocked off.
I make my riddles too easy for you guys. He's got it.
Beaten and bloody,
Just after the fight with the dragon
No chance for respite.
Immediate fight after that 'boss' fight
Woe to the unprepared,
If you're not the at a high enough level to beat him, you're smurfed. No battles you can level on.
Prepare to fight!
Dedication or planning,
you'll need for this.
If you're underleveled, it requires some force of will all right.
The story puts up a wall,
Literal wall, Demon wall.
And you can't fall,
into the abyss.
You can't fall down the clock to escape. Not anymore.
The riddle is yours chionos!
Oh, well crap, wasn't ready to be all riddly.
I'm sure I'm going to make this about something that someone's already riddled recently, but oh well. If I were BoB, I'd make a master list of all the topics that have already been covered. :colbert:
I'm going to make this real easy so we can get this back into someone else's hands.
Planted for a fallen memory
It's fair to say it's in the story
A shattered weapon lottery
And super sticky inventory
An image asks you to continue?
Final resting place a church
Or did it find another venue
In a business district perch
While its church is renovating
Twelve Gilgamesh is hating
From angel who is irritating
To the man precipitating.
The flowers from the church in sector 7?
Planted for a fallen memory
The memory of Aertih's mom
It's fair to say it's in the story
A shattered weapon lottery
And super sticky inventory
The flower you have to give to tifa?
An image asks you to continue?
Aerith's ghost image later in the game?
Final resting place a church
We do see her there last, except for the ending
Or did it find another venue
In a business district perch
You could have bought a flower from Aerith that came from there.
While its church is renovating
Twelve Gilgamesh is hating
From angel who is irritating
To the man precipitating.
No idea.
Buster Sword?
Planted for a fallen memory
I'm pretty sure it's planted in the ground at some point to commemorate Zach.
It's fair to say it's in the story
Well, definitely.
A shattered weapon lottery
Lottery because it seems to go from person to person, almost whoever wants it gets it. Also shattered perhaps due to how it splits up or something?
And super sticky inventory
Impossible to get rid of the Buster Sword from your inventory.
An image asks you to continue?
Is it on a Continue page somewhere? Dunno.
Final resting place a church
Probably at the end of Advent Children.
Or did it find another venue
In a business district perch
While its church is renovating
D:? Dunno.
Twelve Gilgamesh is hating
Gilgamesh has a Buster Sword in FFXII but it has a mark on it that means 'fake'.
From angel who is irritating
To the man precipitating.
D:? Dunno.
Crap, that's the second time I've guessed Buster Sword and got it right. Now I have to prepare another riddle. What gives!? Lemme think on this.
And it's confirmed in Crisis Core that Angeal had the sword first, yeah. You get it from Angeal in the game.
Chocobo Farm.
Good job, BoB!
And man, I agree, Angeal was way annoying. But at least he gave us one of the most badass fight scenes in FF history, Angeal vs Sephiroth.
Man, that was awesome.
Don't forget.
Remember.
Miniscule a task though it might be
Tiny by comparison, certainly
Later in the game but a little early
Done with the help of the absentee
Reality, the kind that you dare not dream
Midgar the solution, it would seem
So a journey begins for you and I
Farewell, this may be the final goodbye
Don't forget.
Remember.
Don't forget...
Hmmm...Cait Sith in the temple of the ancients? When he "sacrifices" himself to get the black materia?
Nope.
Why would he say it's not chocobo farm? Unless it's a diversion!
Don't forget.
Remember.
Miniscule a task though it might be
Tiny by comparison, certainly
Chocobo riding is not part of the main plot, to be sure
Later in the game but a little early
Late compared to the Midgar start, but early compared to the main plotline
Done with the help of the absentee
All the missing chocobo's who didn't find a rider
Reality, the kind that you dare not dream
Chocobo's for everyone at Chocobo farm!
Midgar the solution, it would seem
They have the money for the chocobos.
So a journey begins for you and I
Chocobo's allow you to travel places, a journey!
Farewell, this may be the final goodbye
With the Chocobo in your grasp, you say goodbye to the Chocobo farm, as a single tears goes it's lonely path on your cheek, you will always think fond memories of the place where it all started.
Don't forget.
Remember.
Don't forget...
I never will, Chocobo farm, I never will.
The answer is obviously Chocobo Farm.
xD No.
Summoning Holy or simply viewing that scene in the Ancient City with Bugenhagen.
Don't forget.
Don't forget to pick up the Enemy Skill Materia
Remember.
Miniscule a task though it might be
Tiny by comparison, certainly
Getting the Elemental Materia from the Shinra Tower
Later in the game but a little early
Done with the help of the absentee
This this refers to the healing LB from Aerith, who is the absentee.
Reality, the kind that you dare not dream
Midgar the solution, it would seem
Reality that refers to a huge mushroom cloud would be something people dread to dream about.
So a journey begins for you and I
Farewell, this may be the final goodbye
This refers to whether you are prepared to withstand his ultimate move.
Don't forget.
Remember.
Don't forget...
I think the answer is Beta which is obtainable from the Midgar Zolom
Nope!
I've thought of two different answers which fit most of the clues, but they both fail to match up at one point.
Regaining Cloud's memories is an obvious one (kind of surprised no-one has mentioned it already, to be honest), with the only line I can't see fitting it being "Midgar is the solution, it seems". Unless somehow that refers to it being the final step on his journey before Tifa finds him? As I said, that one doesn't quite fit, but everything else works well.
The other is the Turtle's Paradise poster collection. Minor task, with an easily missed aspect in Midgar that requires you to take a journey all the way back way later in the game. I can't see it requiring help from the "absentee", though, unless it's somehow referring to you finishing the mini-quest in Wutai, and the possibility of Yuffie being out of the party when you do.
Nope and nope, sorry!
The killing of the WEAPONS?
Nope!
For the love of Aerith, hint please!
edit: Is it time for hint? Yes? No? I dunno.
When Cloud kills Aeris.
A hint? Hmm. There's a reason some lines are repeated. :smash:
Don't forget, remember, don't forget, remember, don't forget.
'Don't Remember' wins an entertaining match 3-2 with some great attacking play but with occasional defensive errors.
Don't forget.
A clear statement telling you that you should not forget... something
Remember.
Do something that one has undertaken to do or that is necessary or advisable. The fact that this word is in italics tells us nothing.
Miniscule a task though it might be
Tiny by comparison, certainly
Something you do that is fairly insignificant. That could be a lot of things. Tiny obviously could refer to the Tiny Bronco. Though Tiny "by comparison"... by comparison to what?
Later in the game but a little early
Very vague and confusing
Done with the help of the absentee
So this small task that is compared to nothing, that is later in the game whilst also being early, is helped by someone who isn't there?
Reality, the kind that you dare not dream
Something real, potentially scary? No idea.
Midgar the solution, it would seem
Is this referring to the mako reactors? Maybe the solution to energy problems. Could this be about the about the coal mines in Corel?
So a journey begins for you and I
Farewell, this may be the final goodbye
So, the two of us are starting a journey and then immediately saying goodbye for the last time? Maybe a journey to the other side?
Don't forget.
See above
Remember.
See above
Don't forget...

BoB's riddles make my head hurt... :(
My guess: The bit where Corel gets burned down or when they agree to have the reactor built there.
Nope! I'll sit on my current clue for a little while to see if anyone else gets a guess in based on it, and then perhaps I'll expand on it. Or I could do a Thingfish and leave you all guessing for weeks...
Galuf swoops in with a random answer...... Shinra energy juice on you pay for in disc 1 and get it in disc 2?
Hmm, I wonder if it has something to do with Cloud's Lifestream 'episode'.
Is it when you buy a flower from Aerith?
Nope.
AK has an interesting thought. Can't quite answer, really. My clue remains that there is a reason certain lines were repeated. Why would I repeat them? Hmm... there is a massively big clue if you can figure out why.
Is it playing the piano in Tifa's room?
May I ask what makes you think that? :) You're very much on the right track.
Obviously credit to Choco Boy but I guess it must be Zangan's letter to Tifa...his gift to her which allows her to learn her last limit break is that which is done with the help of an absentee and Midgar is seemingly the solution given that Zanhan goes there looking for a Doctor for Tifa. The remember part is Zangan telling Tifa to remember what he taught her.
Yes, more or less Egami's reasoning, with the line "Later in the game but a little early" referencing the fact that Final Heaven is technically the first limit break that you can attain in the game.
Don't forget.
Remember.
Miniscule a task though it might be
Tiny by comparison, certainly
Later in the game but a little early
Done with the help of the absentee
Reality, the kind that you dare not dream
Midgar the solution, it would seem
So a journey begins for you and I
Farewell, this may be the final goodbye
Don't forget.
Remember.
Don't forget...
The biggest clue was the Do Re Mi thing going on. That's the code Cloud learns when he plays the piano. At the end, he says "Forget it..." but if you want to get Tifa's Limit, you don't want to forget it. So... Don't forget. Remember. :) Tiny a task that it might be to remember it, especially considering how hard some other limit breaks might be by comparison, certainly. It's later in the game that you can get the limit - disk two. But early in the disk when Cloud is an absentee. Still, you get help from Cloud because he taught you what you needed to play in the first place (assuming you didn't forget!). The first couple of lines of Zangan's letter ask if this was a dream, or illusion - but then he goes on to say it was neither. This was reality, the kind you do not dare dream. As Egami mentioned, Zangan says he will go to Midgar to look for a doctor for her. Tifa later goes to Midgar for other reasons - and so, through the events referred to in the letter, a journey begins for both Tifa and Zangan. Sadly, this being the last Tifa would hear of Zangan (and the same goes for us, he is not mentioned again), it was his final goodbye to write this letter. The repeated line of "Don't forget" and "Remember" then kicks in to allow me to complete the Do Re Mi thing and also to remind Tifa that she should never forget what happened. Tifa would later go into the Lifestream and use that memory to help save the world (via allowing Cloud to not forget, either, and to focus on remembering).
And with that... over to you, Choco Boy!
I guess I'll need to make my next riddle harder... :shifty:
nice chocoboy. atleast you didnt guess chocobo farm
Wow, I just got back onto the forums and I've already won a riddle? Alright, let's see...
Boy it's cold around here.
At least I've got you two to keep me company.
But can you stop that hopping?
Who am I?
im drifting towards the save point thing at the begining ( the tutorial house) but i not sure if it hops or not. and thats really the only clue i got so far.
Doctor not-Hojo (can't remember, Gast?) from that Chibi Aerith and Ifalna from the flashback in that mountain town?
Neither of those.
Boy it's cold around here.
Straight away this makes you think of the northern continent and particularly the Icicle In area
At least I've got you two to keep me company.
But can you stop that hopping?
This sounds like those hopping rabbits that attack you round Icicle Inn.
My guess is either the wolves you fight round Icicle Inn (being kept company by the rabbits) or the rabbits themselves.
You're close, but not quite there.
Maybe it's the wonderful/weak chocobos that you can find in the area?
Failing that maybe Cid. At that point in the game Cloud is missing and Cid is the only mandatory character.
My guess is the chocobos though.
You got it. It was, specifically, the wonderful chocobo, which can only appear with the Bunny/Chocobo/Bunny configuration, the bunnies being the two that won't stop hopping. Your go, Bubba.
Holy crap, sorry guys!
I'll try and think of one whilst I'm at work today. If anyone else wants to post one though then feel free :D
Bubba, you seem to have either forgotten or you just can't think of one. If you don't mind...
I've been wanting to do one for awhile. I promise it isn't the Chocobo Farm. If it is okay with Bubba, I'll post one as soon as I see a reply (if he says "yes" of course)!
Thanks! Here it goes...
It can be "yours"
just have to wait
you'll go through its doors
before discovering a grizzly fate
many lives are created
some say you're playing god
some simply just plain old hate it
because the means are rather odd
...the Promised Land?
It's definitely the Chocobo Farm. It can be "yours" because it's right next to the Mythril "Mine". You go through the doors of the chocobo stable before discovering the grizzly corpse of the midgar zolom. You create lives by breeding chocobos. Some people hate going through the chocobo breeding process.
Ha, that actually works pretty well. I did consider the Chocobo Farm immediately but the grizzly fate thing threw me. I have a few other ideas yet, but I don't think any of them are definites.
Is it the Reactor on Mt Nibel?
I swear it isn't the Chocobo Farm. No other answer was correct either.
The colosseum.
One more guess and then I will offer multiple hints since I didn't actually win my turn here.
It can be "yours"
just have to wait
Why is "yours" in quotation marks? Something that isn't really yours?
you'll go through its doors
before discovering a grizzly fate
There are countless doors in the game but the word grizzly makes me think it's a 'bear' reference. Barret in the sailor suit?
many lives are created
some say you're playing god
This reminds me of those creatures infected with mako in Mt Nibel reactor.
some simply just plain old hate it
because the means are rather odd
A part of the game that people hate? Could be anything! The last line seems like a big clue though.
Putting all this together I think one thing is very clear. When you say Mt Nibel very fast it sounds like 'Mount Nipple'. The only mounts that have nipples I would guess belong to Tifa.
My answer: Tifa's breasts
lol, no.
HINTS:
*Everyone will want to slap the s*** out of me when they get the answer.
*One of the guesses was extremely close.
*Seriously, I am laughing so hard right now.
Mog House game in Golden Saucer?
Nope.
Hint: It's related to the Chocobo Farm.
It can be "yours"
just have to wait
you'll go through its doors
before discovering a grizzly fate
many lives are created
some say you're playing god
some simply just plain old hate it
because the means are rather odd
Is it chocobo racing at the Golden Saucer?
many lives are created
some say you're playing god
This could be a reference to breeding chocobos for racing
some simply just plain old hate it
because the means are rather odd
This sounds a bit like a play on words. Maybe it should read "the odds are rather mean"
This could refer to the item drops after winning a race?
Hint: meterolga had a was CLOSE to the answer.
Is it the Chocobo Farm's Stables?
Bingo. Most of meteorlga's deciphering of my riddle was also correct! Though I was hoping someone would answer with "Chocobo Barn" because it rhymes with "Farm."
http://i.imgur.com/E9U1WUE.jpg
Dammit, I was going to say Chocobo Barn, too. I could have fulfilled your wildest dreams.
Updates the ranking. Bubba still in the lead, with Metagloria and Choco boy behind him. And of course the rabble (including me) after them.
Oh god, this means another one of Choco's riddles.
Hey, I've got two!
After the mansion, after the mountain,
Before the village, before the pouting,
Man's creation, standing tall,
What goes up doesn't always fall.
Broken, battered, blown to bits,
A dream destroyed, the seventh quits.
What am I?
Damn, I didn't think you'd get it THAT fast.
After the mansion, after the mountain, - After Nibelheim and Mt. Nibel
Before the village, before the pouting, - Before Bone Village and Aerith dying
Man's creation, standing tall, - It's a man-made rocket, and it's rather tall
What goes up doesn't always fall. - It goes into space, but doesn't come back down
Broken, battered, blown to bits, - Meteor destroys it
A dream destroyed, the seventh quits. - Cid's (Who is the "seventh" I'm referring to; the 7th Cid in the series) dreams of going into space, though partially realized, are also dashed, and he quits pursuing that dream after the incident so that he can live his life with boring scientist girl.
Actually he's the 6th. The original Final Fantasy didn't have a Cid. :monster:
Nah man, Cid of the Lufaine! Totally not a retcon. :shifty:
Sweet! I'll think of something pretty soon.
EDIT: thought of something. Moderate difficulty.
One, two, three, four
Everyone get up on the floor
Purple and yellow like the taste,
But all that's blue will go to waste
Before this item you can see,
You'll need to take your vitamin B
If you don't want to let it go,
Better get all your ducts in a row!
Actually, I wasn't including FF1's Cid, and was instead referencing Mystic Quest's Cid. But, semantics.
As for Metagloria's riddle, the "One, two, three, four" part makes me immediately think of Level 4 limit breaks, but I'm not really sure how any of them would apply to the rest of the riddle. Give me a bit, and I'll come up with a guess.
EDIT: Here's my guess: Enemy Skill Materia
Nope!
The handicap reel in Battle Square?
Nope!
FYI, I'm about to fly to a work conference, so I probably won't be on the forums for two days. Keep the guesses coming though!
Is it the ducts in the Mount Nibel passage? Where if you don't pick the right ones, you miss out on a materia?
Oh, perhaps I know. It's in Midgar, Shinra headquarters. There's a puzzle on floor 67 or something, where you have to crawl through ducts to get 2/3 items, which includes an all-materia. But you can never get all 3.
You're on fire! Now just figure out the exact answer. Think about the other lines of the riddle...
Is it the four slots materia?
I think that is item B which relates to the vitamin B line. Also it fits with the first line.
Ah ha! Yes! All that's blue will go to waste. If you use four slots then blue (support) materia won't work.
Damn, my first thought was actually related to that section of the game. I didn't specifically think 4 slots, but I was awfully close. I just misinterpreted the riddle and let that throw me off the trail. Well done riddle!
Oops, sorry everyone!
Sounds easy in my head but they always do.
You are always there to say hello
You turn up all over the show!
Though eventually, you lose your fizz
You're five times the guy your brother is
The only guy with a brother I remember is Barrett. And he does lose his fizz after his brother dies.
Not Barrett!
Big Bro (From Wall Market)?
Nope :)
Johnny?
Nope!
Hint: It isn't a person
Is it the soldier dolls? 1/73 or something?
Good guess but not quite!
Hint: It may not be particularly obscure.
Bigger hint: It is an item
Oh, of course. Hi potion.
You are always there to say hello
When you greet someone you say "Hi". Hi-Potion
You turn up all over the show!
Hi-Potions are everywhere from very early on
Though eventually, you lose your fizz
After a while, their effectiveness diminishes
You're five times the guy your brother is
Potions give 100hp. Hi-Potions are five times as effective at 500hp
Well done, AK! Over to you :D
I'll admit, that was a clever one.
Easily forgotten, easily missed,
While here cheer might not be found,
It is imperative, to keep the right party,
Or the past might not be unwound.
Avalanche in Sector 7?
Temple of the Ancients?
Nope and nope.
Hint: The first line might not apply to us hardcore FF7'ers, since we never forget.
Meeting Zack's parents in Gongaga?
Karifean got it.
Easily forgotten, easily missed,
It's not required for the main plot.
While here cheer might not be found,
Pretty down place, Gongaga
It is imperative, to keep the right party,
You need Aerith in your party
Or the past might not be unwound.
Otherwise no trigger.
Your turn Karifean!
edit: Win count so far:
Bubba - 6
Metagloria - 4
FFIX Choco boy - 2
gruntace101 - 2
AK - 2
Jinx - 1
Loony BoB - 1
Chionos - 1
Sephex - 1
Karifean - 1
If anyone else wants to go, feel free to do so. Can't seem to think of anything good atm.
Blue and red in constant war,
Rock, Paper, Scissors at the core.
Blue the top, red the bottom,
Yellow at the top if the blue has fallen.
Red at the top when the red is gone,
After the other yellow has born and run.
Where am I?
Are you that boxing/fighting game in Wonder Square at the Gold Saucer?
The mini-game at fort Condor?
Wow that was fast, but yes, you got it.
Blue and red in constant war, - Rebels vs. ShinRa
Rock, Paper, Scissors at the core. - The soldiers have rock, paper, scissors style weaknesses
Blue the top, red the bottom, - Rebels in blue at the top, ShinRa in red at the bottom
Yellow at the top if the blue has fallen. - Cloud has yellow hair, and is the final line of defense if ShinRa make it through rebel lines
Red at the top when the red is gone, - After defeating ShinRa, you get a red materia, who summons a red character, Phoenix
After the other yellow has born and run. - Refers to the condor chick
Where am I? - Fort Condor
The last two lines did it, the rest was obscure, don't worry.
A small trick to pass the time,
when materia possessed is many and mine.
Four the same, not all are fine,
then the basics will surely shine.
The Enemy Skill Materia?
Is it the duplicate item cheat?
Is it the mastered materia? Master Summon, Master Magic etc...
Good call, think you might have the winner there, Bubba.
Nope, but nice guess, that would fit, but not well enough!
hint: It's not materia. Materia is the tool to achieve it.
Is it Barret's Missing Score's damage overflow bug? I'm pretty sure that you get it to overflow on damage by having at least 3 mastered KotR summons, or 1.5 million AP, in other words. So the four the same, not all are fine part refers to four KotR materia, but only 3 are mastered, or "fine". then the basics (or normal physical attacks) will surely shine.
Close, but no cigar!
The last line is correctly interpreted though.
Is it the Added Cut, Steal as well, Added Effect and Elemental materias?
Counter materia? Erm... four of them?
Guys, no, hint: It's not materia. You'll need materia for the trick, but the answer is not materia.
hint2: It also isn't a bug. It's something programmed into the game.
Nope, but that's a good guess.
Honestly, I didn't think this was difficult to guess. It's one of the two only easter eggs that I know.
Hmmm... really not sure.
Is it the All Lucky Sevens trick? When your HP gets to 7777?
DING! DING! DING!
A small trick to pass the time,
The moment when you try it, most of your guys will probably be doing more damage on their own.
when materia possessed is many and mine.

You need all 7's, nothing else
then the basics will surely shine.
A basic attack of 7777 damage.
