Fu-soccer-you: I voted for you in the first round! if I had voted in the second round, though, I would've probably voted for myself. but I didn't vote in the second round. :D
about 25 votes. Tomorrow is the last day to vote! So be sure to get those last minute votes!
vote eestlinc!
This kicks ass
I am a newbye in this forum, so what is it all about? ^__^
Results for Round 3.

omnitarian was no match for last tournament's runner-up for the title. However, he had the lead earlier before Proto gained a surge of votes.

BoB said ZeZipster would win the Cid division, however, Calliope was able to prevent that happening.

RSL loses again to Spuuky. Will he ever win against Spuuky? Spuuky continues his quest to return to the Final Four.
3. Citizen Bleys (13)

Is edczxcvbnm for real? He advances to the Sweet 16 to face top seed Spuuky, in what may become the hardest match-up for voters.
Moomba

Ouch! Spiff was close to taking the win, but Ouch! was able to win from behind, upsetting the Spiff by a single vote.

2. eestlinc (14)
Double ouch! eestlinc falls to Dingo Jellybean, who's returning to the Sweet 16, where he fell to ShlupQuack. We may see another upset in the Sweet 16.

12. Denmark (14)
Extremely close, however, Denmark wasn't able to hold off Shlup.
3. TheAbominatrix (20)

Oh...I am for real! Watch out! HERE I GO FOR THE VICTORY!!!!!
I wish i could vote, but i am far to unintelligent to figure out how. *cries
That's more like it. Least votes for the round!
This is so much better than the ciddies.
I knew I should have voted for myself.
how embarassing...o well.
Ok, time for the Sweet 16~ How great.
Sweet 16
AVALANCHE
4. Samuraid
14. Hardwood Hank
Samuraid and Hardwood Hank meet in the Division title. Samuraid has won over top seed Loony BoB and Hardwood Hank is the "story" of the tournament so far. Which one will end up in the Elite 8? You decide and vote!
@Ragnarok
8. Lord Krang
7. Omecle
Lord Krang and Omecle makes for an unlikely match-up for the Division title. However, one of them will advance and will meet the winner of the AVALANCHE Division. Who shall it be?
Cid
1. Agent Proto
2. Calliope
The top two in Cid meet for the Division title. Proto and Calliope had faced tough challenges, but were able to advance this far. Who will continue on? Will Proto continue to reach the Finals again, or will Calliope end the host's quest?
SeeD
1. Spuuky
2. edczxcvbnm
Another top two meet in the SeeD Division title. Spuuky and edczxcvbnm are favorites to win the Screen Name Tournaments of the past, but will meet now to end one's hope to win, and your votes will determine which screen name will continue on.
Moomba
13. Ouch!
3. Dingo Jellybean
Dingo and Ouch! both prevented a third division with the top two names to meet for the division title. This would be Ouch!'s first visit to the Sweet 16, and he's been a pleasant surprise for many. Will Ouch! finally feel the pain of defeat here? You decide.
#eoff
1. ShlupQuack
3. TheAbominatrix
Mandee and Ashley finally meet in the screen name tournament. I know both don't care, so yeah. Vote for one to continue on.
Tonberry
1. Del Murder
7. Mindflare
In the past, when Del Murder and Mindflare met, the money went to Mindy, as Oakland's finest lost. This time, they meet again, under a different situation. Del Murder is on his way to the Finals, and Mindflare is there as an obstacle. We may see a second Del vs Del match-up, or we may not.
Moogle
1. Del Snizz
10. Meat Puppet
After a brief absense from the Screen Name Tournaments, Del Snizz returns to the scene and makes a run that may see him in the Finals again. However, he has a challenge in Meat Puppet. Will he continue or will Meat Puppet surprise all like several others? You decide when you vote.
Voting will end on Tuesday.
Staff, please update to Sweet 16. Thanks.
Edit: Now for anyone new to the screen name tournaments. This is how you would vote. Copy and paste the entire round, and from each pair of screen names, you are to choose your favorite. And be sure to send it to me in PM.
How can anyone not go for Hardwood Hank?
Because Samuraid reminds me of Kool-Aid...but with ninjas and stuff.
Hardwood Hank is an absolutely awful name, and does not deserve ANY votes, much less to win rounds.
edczxcvbnm, on the other hand, deserves all your votes.
I have lost to Mindflare before. I am confident that I will not this time.
We also get to see a classic ed vs. Spuuky matchup, and a battle between best friends in ShlupQuack vs. TheAbominatrix.
I didn't get a bad amount of votes on my last legs, not too shabby at all.
You never know how things will turn out. Best of luck.Quote:

Touch choices indeed. *votes anyway*
15 votes so far.
One match-up has a 3 vote difference.
One match-up has a 2 vote difference.
Three match-ups have a 1 vote difference.

I'm not voting in protest of losing to Dingo. :D
THIS IS AN OUTRAGE :goomba:
Oh, bu I do care, Prot. Muaha.
No new votes since 9:30 pm yesterday. :/
Don't worry, pr00t, it's always been the way. Results!
Alrighty.
Time for results!

4. Samuraid (14)
14. Hardwood Hank (6)
Tough luck. Hardwood Hank was not able to upset Samuraid after being down early on. Samuraid advances to the Elite Eight.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../Ragnarok1.gif
8. Lord Krang (11)
7. Omecle (10)
Lord Krang was unexpected to make this far, but luckily for him, @Ragnarok is a weak division, so his Division title wasn't a big surprise to many.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../eoff/Cid1.gif
1. Agent Proto (12)
2. Calliope (9)
Agent Proto proves that last tournament's final appearance was no fluke. It was no easy trip this time around, as he'll face edczxcvbnm in the Elite Eight.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...eoff/SeeD1.gif
1. Spuuky (6)
2. edczxcvbnm (14)
UNLEASH THE FURY!!!! edczxcvbnm is unstoppable! Is this edczxcvbnm's time to win the tournament? Next up, he'll have to beat last tournament's runner-up.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ff/Moomba1.gif
13. Ouch! (8)
3. Dingo Jellybean (11)
Ouch! He's not able to reach the Elite Eight, as Dingo Jellybean took advantage of the votes, to meet ShlupQuack in the Elite Eight.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...eoff/eoff1.gif
1. ShlupQuack (12)
3. TheAbominatrix (8)
TheAbominatrix was no challenge for ShlupQuack. ShlupQuack will meet Dingo Jellybean in the Elite Eight.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../Tonberry1.gif
1. Del Murder (13)
7. Mindflare (7)
The last time these two met, Del Murder lost. This time around, he was able to win and advances to the Elite Eight.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...ff/Moogle1.gif
1. Del Snizz (11)
10. Meat Puppet (10)
This was extremely close. We were one vote away from not seeing the classic Del-Del match-up in the Elite Eight. However, Snizz was able to hold off an upset to make the Del-Del match-up possible.
The Elite Eight will start soon.
This just keeps gettin' better and better, huh?
PROTO! You are going DOWN!
*charges forth with all the FURY IN THE WORLD*
Well, it would if I would get more votes. 8-) But I guess it doesn't matter. Less votes would mean more interesting results.
*blinks* *rubs his eyes* *blinks again* I can't believe it. SAMURAID? I mean, no offence to the name at all, it's great, but ...Hardwood Hank ;_;
*sigh*
Go edczxcvbnm. You're my only hope now. :(
Oh well done BoB, you could have named him like SHLUPQUACKNUDEPIX.exe but instead you had to go for Hardwood Hank! >=o
Time for the Elite Eight!
8-)
Elite Eight
1. Samuraid
1. Lord Krang
Samuraid and Lord Krang are both newcomers to the Elite Eight. Both have had a tough road to this place. Samuraid had just finished off Tournament favorite in AVALANCHE (according to BoB) and Lord Krang fended off Omecle in @Ragnarok. Both are great names, so who's going to make it to the Final Four? That's for the voters to decide.
2. Agent Proto
2. edczxcvbnm
Agent Proto and edczxcvbnm return to the Elite Eight. Agent Proto is attempting to make it back-to-back trips to the Final Four, and edczxcvbnm is proving that he can win. Who will advance to the Final Four?
3. Dingo Jellybean
3. ShlupQuack
Well, it's a rematch from the last tournament. One which ShlupQuack had won. Will Dingo avenge his loss or will ShlupQuack continue her dominance?
4. Del Murder
4. Del Snizz
This is it. The match we've been waiting for. Del vs. Del. The new versus the old. The wit versus the Snizz. Last time these two met, Del Snizz "blew" Del Murder on his way to reach the Finals. However, Del Murder was able to have a good run when Snizz was gone. However, Snizz is back and these two meet again in the Elite Eight! Who will go on as the superior Del?
Votes will end on Thursday.
P.S. Staff, update the title. Thanks.
Nice job, Del. See? Losing to me last time really means nothing. Heh.
Good luck to everyone for this round.
I'm truly surprised I made it this far. Thanks all. :)
hey, I missed the Sweet Sixteen. o_O
and I also realized that I was like Wisconsin-Milwaukee in this year's NCAA tournament. that is assuming that UWM gets beaten by Illinois (Shlup).
12 voted already. Let's get those votes out!!!
I will not be blown this time!
Oh no! Ouuuuuch!
I guess I'll vote for Samurade now.
I voted. For ME.
Unfortunately there are still several truly awful names left.
But edczxcvbnm isn't one of them! I would have been even more enraged than him, if you can believe that, had he lost.
I would so take that name, but you'd act all smug and say 'OMG I CAME UP WITH THAT' so I won't. :pQuote:

I am also upset that Hardwood Hank is out. ; ;
I'm considering cutting the last couple rounds to a day, besides the Finals. That is usually the most important.
Anyway, anyone want me to show the results for the Elite Eight and get to the Final Four later tonight?
Eh, I'll post the results now and start the Final Four later tonight.
Elite Eight Results
1. Samuraid (13)
1. Lord Krang (8)
After defeating the popular Hardwood Hank in the Division Title, Samuraid easily took control of the 8th Seeded Lord Krang, this will be Samuraid's first visit to the Final Four in his first ever tournament. Will he likely join Aexoden and Crunchy Beverage to win the Screen Name Tournament in their first tournaments?
2. Agent Proto (8)
2. edczxcvbnm (15)
Even I can't handle the fury. edczxcvbnm's wrath continues on to the Final Four where he will face Samuraid. FURY HAS NO WRATH FOR AGENT PROTO.
3. Dingo Jellybean (10)
3. ShlupQuack (10)*
This was so close that it ended up in a tie. Poor Dingo. He just couldn't win against ShlupQuack, as she advances to the Final Four for the..... fourth time? I don't remember, but she's almost always there. Shlup should thank KB for the tie-breaking vote.
4. Del Murder (11)
4. Del Snizz (10)
Another close match-up between the two Dels. Last time, it ended up with Snizz winning. This time, Murder evens the score to advance to the Final Four to meet ShlupQuack.
Congradulations to those who advanced.
I decided not to vote in any round this time. I guess that cost me...well, it didn't really cost me anything really. I also decided not to make any posts in this thread, so I wouldn't jinx myself.
This is the 3rd time Shlup beat me, but thanks for putting KB's name out loud. I know who to vote for(or who NOT to vote for) next time. She beat me last year in the same round(I think) and she beat me when I was first entered in this contest.
Anyways, how does the tie breaker work? I thought it would be 3rd time's the charm for me. Also, are you allowed to vote for yourself? I noticed in some rounds in the past you couldn't and some you could. If so, oh well.
Anyone is free to vote for themselves. Some don't, some do. I don't really care, as it doesn't make much a big difference when it comes to match-ups.
Except in my case. I swear, it's like some Dingo-jinx. Just when I have a chance...I'm paranoid by superstitions and like...WHAM!...I lose. :-\Quote:

So far, only twice was there a tie, so I'm glad I don't need to resort to tie-breakers very often.
Anyway...
Time for...
THE FINAL FOUR!!!
We have the four best names in the tournament. One newcomer and three familiar faces.
1. Samuraid
1. edczxcvbnm
Samuraid is the newcomer to the Final Four. This is his first every tournament visit, and he has been quite a surprise to have made it this far, to only meet edczxcvbnm in the Final Four. His opponent is heavily favored to win the tournament, and it seems that nothing is going to stop the fury. Will edc finally make it to the Finals after so many tournaments? Or will the newcomer make the upset?
2. ShlupQuack
2. Del Murder
Two common faces in the Final Four. Having a combined eight visits, both are also favorites to win the tournament. Will ShlupQuack make her third visit to the Finals, eventually hoping to win it, or will Del Murder finally make it to the Finals after winning against Del Snizz? Which of the two big names will make it to the Finals?
Voting will likely end tomorrow evening, so send in those votes!
Would it only be the third time I made it to the finals? Feels like more. ;_;
*explodes*
DAMN RIGHT! I have crushed all that have stood in my way and you will be no different Samuraid! Your samurai kool-aid can't save you now!
*goes in for the extremely violent kill*
Samuraid forever! Go Samuraid!
Screw you hippy!Quote:

You are too late. It is already the final four. That and you have not been registered long enough to be considered.
Time for the results! Dun dun dun!!!!!
Final Four Results!
1. Samuraid (8)
1. edczxcvbnm (12)
Samuraid couldn't defeat the fury! In just his second ever to the Final Four, edczxcvbnm was just able to garner enough votes to reach the Finals. ROCK ROCK ON!!
2. ShlupQuack (8)
2. Del Murder (9)
This would be their fourth visit the the Final Four, second time they both were in the same Final Four, and first time they faced each other. While ShlupQuack had advanced to the Finals just twice, losing both times (first to Mikztsu then mystic ice cube), Del Murder is finally able to reach the Finals after winning this close match-up from behind. Let's enforce those votes for the Finals!!
With that, I shall get straight to the Screen Name Finals.
EoFF Screen Name Finals
This is it, the moment we've been waiting for! We have the best possible match-up for the Finals. No David to Goliath, no underdog, just two well deserved screen names that can win this tournament.
First off, the screen names.
edczxcvbnm
After so many denies to win, edc is just one win away from winning it all. edczxcvbnm's fury is stronger than ever, and he will not stop till he wins. Many have supported him to win, and he's likely to win it this time. He has only one more obstacle to go after so many.
And that obstacle is his opponent for the chance to win is...
Del Murder
In his many visits to the Final Four, he finally reaches the Finals. He is destined to also win the screen name tournament. However, he has history working against him. Staff members rarely win (except for Kawaii Ryûkishi). Del Murder has a history of losing when it matters most, and what not. Well, you can say the same thing about edczxcvbnm, but Del has four visits to the Final Four compared to edc's two visits.
So who shall win? You decide! Send me your vote in PM. I will open voting for the Finals till Sunday evening, so you have all the time to vote. Just be sure to vote so we can get a record number of votes for the Finals. This is the last time you will vote so make it matter!
OH! Its on now! The finals. This time I shall crush the opposition and obliterate all. NOTHING CAN STAND IN MY WAY! NOTHING!!!!!
*Unleashes the Fury*
YES!
I didn't vote this round and Shlup lost. See? In the history of the tournament, everyone who has beaten me NEVER won. Shlup beat me THREE times...went to the Final Four all 3 times...what happened? LOST! Take that. But I did beat edczxcvbnm last year...so yeah...now he's in it.
I'll have to think about this last round.
ed wins.
only six votes. :( Come on, let's get those votes!! ROCK THE VOTE!
Missed the Semis, but my favourite name managed to get here anyway. *votes*
I havn't voted this entire tournament, but since one name is far better than the other, I'll vote this round.
Fifteen votes so far! Keep it up!
Yay! I remember I was doing really well in one of these, until I came up against ed. My moneys on him. :moomba:
Sorry if I'm a 'n00b' to this, but how do you even get considered for the tourny and where were/are the brackets so I can take a look at them.
And if I had voted I still would have won, but I was too busy puking.Quote:

Just remember, it is ed's fate to never win.

Alright. Seeing we're on the last day, I'll go ahead and close this thread. I'll announce the winner later on Easter when I stop receiving any new votes.
Keep up the votes. Be sure to PM me with your choice between edczxcvbnm and Del Murder. Expect the winner to be announced later.
Go Del Murder!
