The vincent one is very very interesting. People ussually just have the same two pictures of Vincent shooting. Or looking at the camera or somthing. You've used a rare render of him, and slapped some text on top of it.

The Nelly one is good, but perhaps you should blend that text a little, or pic a different color or even unbold it. Because it doesn't blend very well.
