Iceglow, I think at this point everyone knows your opinion, but it has been explained several times that this contest works this way and why it does. I think since Shorty is buying prizes with her own money, she has the right to decide the rules. If you disagree, you're free to start your own beard contest with other rules. Now please refrain from killing the spirit any further for those who are participating.

The rules have been changed to say no trimming or shaping at all. If any current participants have any issues with this change, please notify The Committee, and we will address your concern.

I love the rivalry that's going on! I also love how determined NCG is, even though he'll be starting three weeks after everyone else. Keep up the good work and enthusiasm! The first month will be over soon!
