That's because he is. Hercules and the Flying Mullet is an often overlooked story in the Hercules saga because they never turned that one into a film. There were talks back in the day with Schwarzenegger to make the film, but he terminated his contract when he was told he would have to style his hair into a mullet. He also felt the the sword battle between the mullet and the horse he knocked out in the first movie would have the series jump the shark. I am sure that worked in the book, but on film that would look silly with modern special effects.
