Even if Jecht did get one mention, that would not be enough to get on board. They would need at least two mentions.

If Kefka is number 1 then there is a chance another FFVI villain pops up so Orthos maybe. If not then Neo X Death from FFV

If Ultimecia wasn't on the board, then I'm guessing another FFVIII character would have to be. Either Edea or Seifer, and I am leaning the latter because I think I submitted that answer :greenie:
I'm going to exercise some executive power and say Seifer. There's a chance he might only be mentioned once but the other scores are so low that it's worth a shot.
PS Sephex -- I would imagine Seymour or even "Sin" would get the FFX spot, if there is one. But that's too risky for me to take!
