Definitely D. I remember thinking it was pretty weird not being able to get a Koffing or Meowth in a game with Jessie and James.

Meowth is the only one I wasn't sure on so D is a straightforward choice :p

Correct! They probably left out some of those Pokemon because Yellow is slightly based on the anime, and they didn't want you to get Team Rocket Pokemon. No idea why we couldn't have a smurfing Weedle, though.

Wakka is the only one that doesn't make sense.

Focus is a Black Magic skill iirc.
