Things that made you happy today!

Finally finished unpacking my stuff after moving into a new house. Also, Lonely Paper Star introduced me to this wicked J-Folk Rock band.

For algebra I'm making a comic book to earn extra credit. It's about a bad guy called Mr. X and a member of the superhero team known as The Mathletes called Polynomial Man. For Polynomial Man to beat Mr. X he has to figure out his secret identity using the quadratic equation while fighting his minions. It's pretty awesome! He has a mustache, a cape, and a factorbeam!

I swear I'm not a nerd.

That band is fantastic! I wonder what Wagakki means.

I reached my 5000th post at some point!

Also, I'm feeling very positive about how many things I have done this month!

Feeling just generally positive today, which is a nice change because it's been a long, hard week or two. I'm starting to really feel like I have control over at least some parts of my life, and that's a really comforting feeling. I like the direction I'm heading in. I just need to have more days like this and let fear ruin me less often, but that's a huge long term goal. For now, I'm just happy that I had a good, productive day!

Freya shared some of her writings with me and they're really good.

It's a nice 87 degrees with blue skies. :cool: Hottest day of the year so far I think over here.

Also my brother gave me a 21 speed bike.

No issues at the dentist. Getting pizza delivered for afternoon tea to celebrate!

My boss gave me free food! Including ice cream! Just look at him, the sweetie.

I now have a week off work, YES! I've only taken 3 days off as holiday this year so far, so this is a well deserved break! Oh, and beer! :jess:

My writing touched someone and not in a molesty kind of way :jess:

Figured out where I'm going to make my writing submissions this month. Now I have a couple more hours to be productive, then going out for the evening. Knowing I have tomorrow off is also a lovely feeling!

Remembering that it is bank holiday weekend.

Looking forward to finishing work and having a nice long weekend with my girlfriend. We'll watch football, play Pokemon X and watch my friend do stand up on Sunday evening. Hopefully do some rude stuff at some point too...

All of these things please me greatly.
