Okay, sorry perhaps the grammar was slightly odd... land deformed is referring to deformed land.

so if you don't use a chocobo the land will become deformed?

STILL have no idea. i can't think of a situation in the game where if you don't use a chocobo the land will be altered . . .

EDIT: thinking about it the only thing i can think of where the land alters is after you kill ultima WEAPON. has it got anything to do with this?

Sorry, didn't notice the edit, yes that is what the land deformed is talking about... Just need to get the actual specific answer and then you're ready to tackle the next step of the riddle :)

ummm maybe when you get the Typhoon materia in that forest place?

Not Typhoon, the line is simply referring to the Ancient Forest :)

Well thats all main lines sorted, time for the next step :)

Since the first line of each couplet refers to a Summon I'm going to guess the Alpha to Omega line refers to KoTR, since it covers all the bases and several knight attacks look elemental in nature.

Started well, then went in entirely the wrong direction, sorry :) By the way, this step is possibly the hardest in the riddle... possibly.

is the research done and one more glance referring to hades, as he was shinra's secret weapon aboard the Gelnika and they must have researched it to crate the materia

Sorry, nice thinking but not on the right lines. Also I did mention (I think), that there are no more summons to be found in the riddle.

Pay attention to the fact that the last paragraph is structured differently to the rest of the riddle.

is the last paragraph referring to the northern cave? you go through a wide variety of different environments (alpha to omega) and it's easy to get lost (path unwinds)

Im pretty sure the answer is Kjata or somthing to do with Kjata:

From Alpha to Omega the elements combined, - all the elements combined
With a sidewards glance should your path unwind. - you first see it when you glance sideways in the forest
Some research done and one more glance, - you keep checking to see if you were seeing things
Just exactly who would love this chance? - if the enemy absorbs any one of the elements the it heals them instead of hurting them.

Sorry, no and no. I can't give many hints unfortunately without giving a lot away. Though I will say again, there are no more summons to be worked out.

ummm myabe Alpha and Omega refers to the Weapons? and somehow in the middle of them there is something that makes you looks sideways? or w.e
or maybe the last paragraph itself is referring to one thing..... hmmm tricky
ummmmm the one thing i really want to figure out though is the reasearch part, which onyl Professer Gast and Hojo come to mind, maybe it refers to the actual research about the ancients, and aeris and such?

maybe the research could be referring to bugenhagen as well? the "combined" bit could be about the show bugenhagen which shows you thast everything (from alpha to omega) is joined by lifestream.

does the last paragraph have something to do with the lifestream?
