3 PSkulls + SoJ + Rare item = socketed rare item.
1 PSkull + SoJ + Rare Item = rerolled Rare item, but the item level is reduced (suckier mods)
6 PSkulls + Rare item = rerolled Rare item

And some other, not so useful things.

Gems, adversely, are used to upgrade runes, reroll magic items, and are alot more useful. +Resists on Shields.

Alright, SRLkungfu killed nightmare Baal (without dieing too :D ), so I can now do nightmare cow run with her. Fun stuff, but not going to hell until I am MUCH better prepared.

I hope everyone had a happy holidays, and so forth, and generic comment about quality of presents, including Flash Drives, an Animaniacs DVD, House season 2, and so on and so forth. Continue further with a general desire for a person to help go through Hell with, time provided, a 4Os Flail, Vex, or a 3Os Helm. At the very least, said person needs an xfer from whoever happens to get on next, or the next person who sees this.

Lost a Sander's Wand (I have four), Minotaur Ancient Axe (it's good, but no one uses it), and a bunch of < Amn Runes and Gems. I don't think I'll be on until tomorrow, I'm so distraught.

God ******* ******* pi*** of ****, the server kicked me off and won't let me log back on to my account. I had my armor on the floor, and I lost the Boneflesh (actually the one that Tav gave me).

LOL I screwed up one of my Spirit Runeword Swords. Wasted an Amn on it, of which I do not have a great multitude of (should've checked a little closer). The Runeword looked like TalIthOrtAmn instead of TalThulOrtAmn. Not only that, there goes a 4Os sword. Stupid Ith/Thul looking so similar!

Time to go dump it off in a normal free game.

All I need to do is find more +20 Life Charms, and I should be set. Apparently small Life charms = big hit amongst the Hell frequenters. 40 PGems works just as well.

I've got a Pul, but it's for HOTO. If I can get something by cleaning out my inventory worth of items for better items and get another Pul in the process, I'll give you it. But I'm not coming on tonight.

I've got plenty of Thuls, and I only really need Amn if I can actually find more 4Os swords to make Spirit.

Surprisingly enough, Spirit Swords are worth more than Spirit Shields (a little odd), and go for as high as an hr.

Alright, holidays are over people, lets get it back in gear. :D

SRLkungfu has reached level 73, so I can now wear that armor I was waiting for. And might I say, I am wearing a little less than 100% MF, and I have finding unique stuff left and right in Hell, am I just getting really lucky? Uniques are good, but I have yet to find the other two pieces of Natalya's Odium, which is a little argh. I have to wait until level 78 to wear the weapon anyway, so it's not so bad. Also, getting to the Countess I lost about 1.6 million money. I would have put all my money on the ground, but it was lagging and I didn't want to lose it. A lot of good that did. The lag monster also took a few uniques that I left on the ground that I didn't have room for that I was going to pick up after I finished that game. Oh well.

Tav, immediately upon fighting some monsters in hell I came across a 3 socket Monarch, a 5 socket Scourge and a 6 socket Phase Blade. I was rooting for something 4 socket, but it didn't happen. I'll keep looking. And no Vex yet.

I am looking for the runes Pul and Jah (I have Io) to make a Dream helm for my merc. Don't know if that's the best choice, but he already has Duriel's Shell which is maxing his resists in Hell, which is nice for those lightning enchated monsters. I'm thinking that my Shadow Master could probably go through Nightmare by herself, she recently only ever dies when I run too far away from her and the game decides that her death is the only way to solve the distance problem. And the level 15 Holy Shock aura sounds nice.

So SRLkungfu has beat Act I in Hell, but I'm afraid to go into Act II. It was one thing with my trap assassin who could stay back while the traps killed things, but my martial arts assassin will be taking the blunt end of a lot of lightning enchanted monsters in Act II with a lightning resist of -40. Even with a maxed lightning resist, my merc will still have a problem dealing with that magnitude. My level 25 Shadow Master has a resist all of 73, and if she casts Fade at level 13 it will give her another 58 to resist all, for a total of 131 resist all, thus making her immune to elements (she has no cap or nm/hell penalty :D ). But I have no control over that, she can be sketchy every once in a while. Eek.....I'll probably try to brave it later today I suppose.

And on a side note, for a melee character, with the exception of letting the merc finish off the monster, is there any way to escape the corpse explosion of a fire enchanted monster?

Let's rock, gentlemen. As it tuns out, there are no females, yet.

No 4Os anything? That's a shame. However, keep that 6Os Phase Blade. I recently saw a series of games looking for those. I don't think the 5Os Scourge is worth too much, since Flail are specifically used as to create low Str/Dex/Level weapons that have +skills, such as Call to Arms (+1 to all skills, and +to BOrders and BCommand). There are a few recipes with 3Os shields.

Don't know what to say about Dream. Holy Shock + Holy Freeze seems nice. Shadow Masters = own.

No, unless you have 75+ Fire resistance, which will still probably kill you. The only REAL way to escape Corpse Explosion is having mega loads of HP. I heard that Mercs/Pets/Summons don't take damage from Corpse explosions, but don't quote me on that.

EDIT: I also need to xfer my gear back to my proper characters.

ADDITION: Got the xfer, but lost 2 Spirit Swords along with it.
