It doesn't matter who it kills its still a powerful attack. And it doesn't help destroy enemies really. So no.

Keeping with the theme is it Cait Sith's dice?
Nothing to do with cait sith
Not sure if I am allowed to guess again :P
But I am thinking curative magic too....
what about Great Gospel limit break? That can be used to beat the best enemies...and it isn't what we would call powerful.
Wrong.
You guys suck at this :p
mabey you suck at giving riddles
Is it healing items? They can be powerful against Zombies
I demand a hint this is a hard one
Edit: haha thats what she said.
Hint:(SPOILER)The first line isn't saying that it is more powerful than the "most powerful of allies". Simply that it "exceeds" it. In what other ways can something exceed the "most powerful of allies" in FF7?
Teioh?
Well, Teioh always exceeds your speed and stamina, and he is also always better than the other chocobos, so you don't have to worry about other enemies. Yet, speed and stamina of a chocobo aren't exactly what we think of "powerful", are they?
Just to clarify: When I say powerful, I mean in battle. :)
Hmm, how can someone be more powerful than the most powerful enemies (the weapons?), but we don't call it powerful. :(
And also, they must exceed our party (or summons/materia?) in any way.
The only thing I can think about is instant kill attacks. But we call them powerful, actually. Status is sometimes powerful, but yeah, we call 'em that.
Do we take everything too literally?
random guess
King arthur in the KOTR materia
I can exceed the most powerful of allies,-He grows bigger than any enemy to slash
I can be used to defeat the most powerful foes,-duh
Yet what you deem "powerful" is not within my nature.-idk yet lol
