Im assuming everyone was misunderstood, mixing up the game with Super Street Fighter II and Street Fighter II Turbo.
Im surprised so many people claimed to own a SNES copy. You lot need to read the titles of your games.
Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, and Star Ocean...there are alot of great games.
