Balthier - Pierce Brosnen
Penelo - Pamela Anderson
Vaan - Arnold Schawarzeneger
Basch- Arnold Schawarzeneger
Ashe- Yuna
Fran- Marge Simpson

I think it goes without saying that such a list is inane at best.
No offense, but that could possibly be the worst list of voice actors for those characters imaginable. Pierce Brosnan as Balthier would be about the only one that isn't bad, although I think Balthier's current voice actor is perfect.
