I read she was released due to mental health concerns. Ah excuse me American Justice system but don't a high percentage of criminals suffer from mental health disorders. If the Paris Hilton senario was applied strictly the mental health issues Charles Manson would be walking the streets and you can be assured there are serious concerns for that guys mental health.Of course I know Manson hasn't been peroled because he is a serious danger to public safety but I'm sure everyone can see my point the law doesn't apply to rich people as it does to the average joe.

I heard she was released because of claustrophobia, but that was just hearsay on one of the bbc.co.uk opnion pages.

Lol as expected. Theres no fooling people anymore that justice is often not the point in the system.

Paris Hilton is being ordered back to jail for her full forty-five day sentence.

Cant really say I'm too surprised she was ordered back to jail. I dont really care for the most part either.

In seriousness, I find it unpleasant that she's had her case changed around, and then sent back. Make your mind up. The criminal justice system has a duty to be objective, and consistent. People's punishments should be what they are told it is. They shouldn't be dicked around by being released to different conditions, then put back into the previous situation, no matter who they are. It undermines the entire system.

Hmm... letting somebody out and than ordering them back in is a little excessive alright.

The stupidity of this world never stops to amaze me. There really should be a reality show or something of this.

I thought this was gonna be a god debate thread.

I think this whole experience has changed Paris for the better, and we should all just give it a rest.

More important things are happening in this world, we shouldn't be giving a :skull::skull::skull::skull: about whats happening to someone, just because they're famous.
