orillia district collegiate and vocational institute

Thomas Tallis Comprehensive School. It was the best performing comp in the borough whilst I was going there, slipped a bit after I left, then picked itself up again. It is also a specialist arts college, granted such status whilst I was in Sixth Form.

Sometimes, they use numbers for public schools, especially in big cities.
