I keep a reader's digest by one toilet, but I don't think I've ever stayed on the pot more than 15 minutes :O 5 minutes is a long time xD Sometimes I haven't finished the last months RD before the new one comes!

I easily poop 3-4 times a day, without there being something wrong. As far as I know my poos look like they should, and I've also heard that it's very good and healthy to poop several times a day - something about getting it all out and stuff.

I have the odd day when I don't, but besides that it's every day. Occasionally it'll happen twice, depending on what I've been eating.
I'm pretty certain I can go at random, I eat plenty of fibre and stuff so I'm pretty regular however sometimes mine are just HUGE I mean that big it cloggs the toilet :lol:
The Doctor on Oprah said that you should be pooping at least once every day and the poop itself should be curved shape like the letters "c" or "s". That's how you know it's healthy poop.
Also, I really don't understand why all the guys I know always go in to take a crap and bring along a book or a magazine or newspaper. ALL the guys I know do that, but not that many girls. Doesn't it start to smell in there? I don't understand why you would want to linger. Do your business and get out!
That's why you have a ceiling intake fan and an air freshener in there.
