Wonder why Europe got it first... Oh well. :p I have been playing it quite a bit, and I really enjoy it. :D Can't compare it to the old Mario Kart games, since I never really played them.
And the items and stuff that Evastio mentioned are in it. Just because he asked for confirmation. :p

As I said, I haven't really played any of the Mario Karts prior to this one, so I can't really comment on it being the worst or best of the series; but I really enjoy it. :)
