2010! thats depressing, i dont believe they will make consumers wait patiently for a year for a game that has been developed. I believe mid 2009. Hopefully earlier here in Australia (we are always last). I Remember speaking to a csr at ebgames and they told me early next year. So lets just hope :)
The gameplay looks a little better then XII, as i think final fantasy has turned to 
since enix and squaresoft united. They both were unique developers, tbrpg and rtrpg. TURN BASED FTW!
