I agree. But Ulti's introduction was in Timber's TV Station.
I would say Kuja too. Everything in that scene was perfect. The place where it happened(Burmecia gives a feel of destruction and death), the music playing(Kuja's theme is awesome), the FMV at the end(Kuja looking down at you, and flying away on his Silver Dragon).Quote:
And I'd say Kuja too, that music was badass.
In his first appearance, Kuja already gave that feel of power, elegance, and mystery, that make we all love him.
>>> Main villains really suck at their entrances, In the other hand mid-bosses have some of the best..

Are you sure?
The Emperor of Palamecia: Hi, um, just to let you guys know... I own the world. Oh yeah, and I burnt your home city down. Your parents are probably dead and all... Yeeeeah. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a meeting with the Kabuki fanclub at 3:00...
I pick Vayne Solidor, this guy first shows up in the game from the point of view of someone whose is on the verge of lossing conscience (however thats spelled), giving him an aura of mystery. Than we see him again during the his parade and speech, and he seems like a pretty good guy, only to do a switch around later.
Wow, look at all the Kuja votes. I played FFIX but I don't even remember his entrance that well o.O
The bit at the beginning, before the FMV also counts. But I still include the FMV as his entrance, as thats only when you get a good look at him, just as Disc 1 ends. Mind you, the bit before that FMV is good too:

Thats the whole bit, for those who are interested.
Ultimecia, because she basically fooled people into thinking that it was Edea who did the dirty job in the first place. My second choice would be Kuja, of course.
I will admit that Kuja had a cool entrance, but the whole time I was wondering if he was a chic or a drag queen. It was funny really.
Kefka's entrance was cool, in fact that whole part of the game was. "Son of a submariner."
But I've never been impressed by a villains entrance. In fact, the only entrances in a FF game I've ever liked were Shadow's in FFVI and Auron in FFX. But that's besides the point.
I can't really vote yet, since I don't know much about the following villains: Garland (is that the Origins?), Mateus, Zande, Zemus, Ex-Death, Kefka (haven't played through a lot of VI yet), Shadow Lord (I really don't know), Vayne (haven't gotten far in XII yet)
Ultimecia (using Edea's body at the moment) I don't think that counts. It's kinda like clone Sephiroth. The first time you meet Ultimecia at the end should be her sequence.
Kuja and Sin have both got interesting introductions (to me, anyway), but Sephiroth's first villainous act is to massacre a town, stare down Cloud (Zack, Cloud was on the ground), and walk away through a wall of flames. Where my allegiance lies, I shall not know until more info is assimilated.
No love for Golbez? I know it wasn't his fault, but he kicked more arse than Zemus, IMHO. My thoughts otherwise are conflicting between myself and Kefka. Of course, one could say Kefka was a flamboyant Exdeath (There's no space, spell it right), only Kefka wasn't a tree.
The problem with VII & VIII is trying to figure out when the villains entrance is.
Sephiroth - does the flashback count, because he's not actually there. And if not, is his entrance when it's Jenova pretending to be him, or in the Northern Crater when he awakens?
Ultimecia - does her hiding in Edea's body count? When does she actually make an entrance? Is her entrance actually at the end of the game, when she says "SeeDs, SeeDs, SeeDs, kurse all SeeDs". Because then it's quite good. But does it count?
Sin's entrance is quite spectacular though. And fairly clear-cut when the entrance occurs.
