I think that for me, Wakka's was the most mundane, not even just in terms of sigils, i'm taking about anything that i've ever done in my life ever. Give me some wet paint that needs watching over getting his sigil again any day.
Although I have to say that Lulu's was the most infuriating, but the satisfaction I felt after doing it was immense :D

Tidus I found the most annoying (ing seagulls)
Lulu's wasnt that bad, just long and boring, but if you spend a month playing a korean MMO then the word impatience isnt in your dictionary.
Besides, the Lightning Bolt glitch makes it easy as hell
Although anyone who gets Lulu's Sigil without No-Encounter ability AND without using the glitch will have my greatest respect.
Tidus's was the hardest for me, because pigeons are pure evil
Personally, I hated the Sun Sigil...
I had no problem with any of the others... but that Chocobo thing after no sleep for days... just didn't take well to me... Did it eventually.. After much cussing, pouting and throwing the controller on the floor. >____>;;
Lulu's sigil was very annoying. I couldnt even dodge 3 lightning bolts in a row >.> Wakka's was very annoying as well, because I just plain sucked at Blitzball :/ Everything else was cake though
The 200 lightening bolts was so tedious and I just hate that.

Tidus' sigil made me so furious I almost got a limit break. I was so ready to punch the wall everytime I got a seagull in the face. God. I was so close all the time too, making it even worse.
Kimahri's butterfly thing I only tried a few times and quickly gave up. His sigil didn't really interest me.
Lulu's gave me hell too, as I was sitting there so tense waiting for the lightning to drop on me. smurfing up near the end would've driven me off a cliff for sure. I think I only got above 100 once.
In the end I got the sigils of Tidus, Yuna, Wakka and Rikku and just stuck to using those characters. I'd say Tidus' sigil gave me the most grief and that Lulu's is the hardest.
In my second "collect-all" playthrough I finally have the opportunity to get wakka's. I will get lulu's and kimahri's someday, just need to mentally prepare myself for those. Luckily I never had much trouble getting tidus' sigil. :)
