You've gotta be way more specific when asking for competency in a computer language. First of all, what language you want help in is pretty important. And then there are all the different applications of those languages.
So yeah, I'm a nerd. My major is Computer Engineering and I can properly use a semicolon; is that good enough for you?
I wouldn't say I'm a nerd. I do nerdy things (FF being one of them), but not enough for me to describe myself as such. As far as programming and such, I am completely illiterate. :eep:
I'd consider myself well-rounded. I watch TV, too. :p
But I like things such as [some] sports and other things and dislike things such as reading, so with those things considered, I wouldn't call myself a nerd.
I carry a videogame at all times, I can make a robot body, make the control board and make all the circuits for it, and I can make the programming of that robot, make the math :p
I'm the nerd who beats up the other nerds.

lol. i would say im nerdish. i play video games myself, and i study computer programming for fun, and such. but i also have a shoe fettish, read cosmopolitan, and like long, flowy skirts. <3
i was askin cuz i hav to write an observation essay for my "english 101 for cs and engineering majors" class. im observing a technology, and a subgroup in society using it, and how they use it/react to it/etc. i was goin to do computer programming languages (any) and observing prrogrammers to see how they use such technology (computer languages are considered a technology to my prof). im only doing this cuz everyone else is doing video games lulz.

lol. you could start with basic. its gay, but you can get the concept of it quickly

honestly i play a lot of video games, better then average at computers and im very good at math. so in some ways im a nerd but then im the complete opposite too. i love camping, quads, snowbaording, skateboarding and so on. so im 50/50 nerd.
