Otters are kind of unnerving when you think about it- aquatic, tool-using weasels. Still cool, though.
As for my favorites- I've always had a fondness for -in no particular order- wolves, rats, ferrets, dolphins(evil bastards), orcas, and leopard seals.

Crabs, lobsters, squid, octopodes - if it is freaky and lives in water, chances are I love it.
But not fish. Fish are boring and have no plaice on a list like this.
