My problem with Tina is just that it sounds too common. Terra has an earthy quality to it that is a good parallel with Celes.

I like the name Sabin better. Mostly because Mash makes me think of the Vietnam war show.

Tina is a pretty common name. Tina is a suffix for many given names including Martina (from Mars, God of War) to Christina (from Christ, the annointed), and can be used in place of any form of Catherine/Katrina/whatever which is believed to be derived of the goddess Hecate whose name means "far off" or something. I like the name for its first two connotations.

I tend to name the main character Xavier. Rosa is a name I like to name girls as well as Lilleth or eve.
