Yeah, out of curiosity I decided to get the soundtrack so I could listen to it myself. It seems so much different than the Playstation version does...
Honestly, the Playstation version of this game has a horrible soundtrack. It's along the lines of what they did to ruin my favourite musics from FF IV in the DS remake.
To be fair, the Nintendo DS version of the game suffered from instrumentation and sound issues rather than having a majority of the soundtrack replaced with more lighthearted songs.Quote:

Nothing beats those Yamaha sound chips used for the Sega CD version. When it comes to retro games, always pick the version on a Sega system.
