I would totally do it if I had my own pool. As it is, I use the community pool and I would definitely not do it there.
If I had a private pool then probably very regular. I once did it in a lake with no clothes on, was cold, england does not have the weather or the water temp for skinny dipping.
Chlorine annoys me too much these days for me to expend the effort to swim in a pool, and I dunno if I'd be comfortable anywhere else.

My good friend Robyn has a pool and we frequently get drunk and go skinny dipping. There's usually a few other people with us. It's good fun. I'd do the same thing during the day, but I'm quite positive that her family wouldn't be alright with it.
