Sort of. It now includes, Boulders, Tsnami's and Chainsaws.



With a better way of telling how far you've got to level up.

My favorites going years back were Arcanine, Nine Tails, & Mewtwo. My overall favorite like many here was Gyarados.

Mine favorite Pokemon is pikachu. Its always my favorite.

Vulpix, Cyndaquil and Torchic.

Never evolve them ever xD

Actually, the two Gamecube games had a vastly different take on the story, eliminating the gyms, Elite Four, and random encounters entirely. The focus was instead placed on the "save the world" theme. The story was surprisingly well developed, centered around the concept of Shadow Pokemon, normal Pokemon who have been turned into killing machines. The only place the "catch 'em all" comes in is collecting all of the Shadow Pokemon, which are basically the only Pokemon you can catch in the game. So you have a more limited roster, and the party rebalancing as you gain more Pokemon is incredible. Oh, and basically, every battle is a double battle. So, yeah, easily my favorite games in the series, and I really wish they'd continue the story.

As for favorite Pokemon, Shiny Mew!

No pokemon competes with Scyther.

I like ghosts and psychic types. My favorite is Mismagius. She has a witch hat. Also a fan of Froslass and Espeon.
