I didn't really realise there was rep, let alone the fact that I actually have some!

How can you tell when someone is beyond repute?

for a month after joining

the first part, eveyone should rate avatars and people's helpfulness, and whomever is most helpful would be ranked 1

once again:
instead of banning all new members, we should give them titles that say

A BIG FAT NOOB

for the first month or until they reach 30 posts
