Note: I still really enjoyed the games on the bottom of the list, since I generally love every game for something else, but the top games are the ones that just blew me away. Still hard to decide on the order, though. This classification may vary depending on my mood (though the first and last position will remain unchanged).

haven't really played the rest except ff6, i got fed up with playing it so i stopped.
It has to be a good story and makes you enjoy playing it, so i love my top 4 :D the rest deserve to be at the bottom, in my eyes they are not all that people say they are and I'm looking at you ff7, the story is good but i just don't enjoy playing it as much compared with the others, so its staying at the bottom so there. :)

Let's see: My Rankings
1. VI. So many things to do, and a wide open second half with a clear objective.
2. IX. Would be first if the battle system weren't so slow.
3. XII. Battle system is perfect. If only there was a way to switch avatars in town because I don't want Vaan on my screen.
4. IV. Excellent music. Good game for beginners, as all of the customizing is done for you.
5. II. Leveling system is awesome, if you understand that one character can't do everything.
6. III. Job system is good, but that final dungeon is the biggest strike against this one.
7. I. Party is fixed and never changes. Gets old fast.
8. XIII. Good, strategic battles; but way too much time spent with limited 2 person groups.
9. VII. Nothing special here. The game is just too bland.
10. V. Getting job abilities takes forever, and you can only use two at a time.
11. VIII. Way, way too much party management. Summons grind the game to a halt. And worst of all, Irvine. Shut up, Irvine!
12. XI. Takes way too long to do anything and has no ending.
13. X. The Sphere Grid is a confusing mess and I can't get into any game that is constantly interrupted by 10 minute cutscenes.
