If so, that, plus the fact that you actually have completed all of the assignments (assuming they were things you have a copy of anyway) should make a pretty compelling case that you got ganked by the software. If it was assignments done directly in blackboard (ie: multiple choice quizzes and such) then it may be a bit more difficult to prove, but being able to prove it smurfed up once should be enough to cast doubt, especially if you did well on everything it did keep a record of. I'd still make a point of complaining loud and often though so that if nothing else they knew it happened.Quote:
