I usually make an instant breakfast (that chocolate powder mix that you add milk to) and a banana. If I'm working out that day I get eggs and ham at a random diner afterwords since I have an hour to blow before work and I'm not near home.

Ive gotten into the bad habit of skipping breakfast entirely, food doesn't attract me in the morning, I simply can not be bothered eating. I'll sometimes grab a piece of bread (yes..) or just have a cup of tea as a substitute. I just find the thought of a bowl of cereal so unappetising, and a piece of bread is so easy..

Typically it's 3 eggs scrambled on top of 12 grain toast with peanut butter. If I don't have time to make that, it'll be eggos of varying flavours.

Preferable: Sausage and Egg muffin with Bacon (From Mcdonalds or Hungry Jacks)

Um, my typical breakfast is a few chocochip cookies just to prevent myself from rolling back over after my alarm goes off. Lol. Does that count?
