What does get me angry is people who smoke while they walk fast. It's hard to get in front of them so you have to just have the smoke blown in your face. It's like why can you not just stand still for a while and smoke like a considerate person?
Also, tourists who walk really slow or stop abruptly in the middle of a crosswalk while the hand is white.
