There's no reason to avoid AA4. Apollo may not be Phoenix, but the game does have its moments. Pick yourself a copy and play that trout, Eric! :D
The shoulder buttons on my DS Lite quit working. I really do need to play AA4. I'm gonna get a 3DS eventually just to play this, so that'll happen eventually.
I've only ever played the first game but that 3D Phoenix looks AWESOME! MUST BUY> I have a 3DS now so I can participate!

Some news about the game.
Release date in Japan is presumed scheduled for 7/25/13. Unknown about the date for elsewhere, but I'm assuming it'll be a couple months away, so maybe September or October?

The game's rival prosecutor named Jin Yugami. He's an attorney who's also serving a sentence, as you can see he's in chains in the picture. Pretty serious stuff here!
There's also going to be some DLC, like Phoenix's old suit from the past games, and a new outfit for our boy Apollo.

Also, it appears that Apollo will be playable in the second case, which has a crime that takes place at some haunted forest or something.

Just saw this gameplay video. Well they sure did try to make Apollo Justice look like a badass, huh?
I really like the cel-shaded style of the game. Something about how they animate in the 3D environment still looks kind of, I don't know, [I]cheap,[I] but in a charming way. Seems like they're really stepping it up for cutscenes this time around. And it seems like the 3D will be cool for exploring crime scenes. Hope I have a 3DS by the time this gets localized!
