It's more a case of me being pedantic, I'm 27 if you ever ask me, if it's something like May I may say I'm almost 28 but I don't normally use bs like fractions or decimals though.
Cool people measure their age in radians.
I measure my age in light years.
/kick Rantz You are a disgrace to science.
"Light years is a measure of distance, not time!" - Jr. Trainer, Pewter City.
By all means, keep explaining these advanced concepts. :greenie:
Technically, while light-years are a measurement of length, one can also argue that it can be used as a measurement of time in that it takes exactly one year for light to travel the length. So perhaps Rantz is measuring his age by measuring the distance (in light-years) that light has travelled in a vacuum since his birth... which is pretty much exactly how the rest of us measure our age, too. :D
Alternatively, since he didn't include the hyphen, perhaps he is measuring his age in years that he considers to lack in weight. How he weighs a year is a mystery.
Uhh guys, is there any chance of changing these dates somewhat? My housemate for the past 2 years leaves to go back home to Australia on the 14th of Jan and this coincides with her leaving do.
Fine by me. Weekend before might be a bit too close to New Year for everyone so how about the following weekend?
19th and 20th are ok with me, how about you Psy?
Could you do me a favour sweetie and update the dates in the thread title :aimkiss: ?
Cool, another week to come up with some excuses not to go. ;)
I'll make sure this happens for me and thankyou all guys for being so understanding on this one :D
Ok so in a random twist of fate, I managed to somehow book both the weekend of the 12/13th off and the 19/20th off but have to work in between the two lol, oh well guess it might give me a chance for a few hours o/t to repair my bank balance after this.
