I actually think we're in for one hell of a film.

If they're using Frank Miller, they're not going for campy after all. Awesome.

Pitting against eachother could be interesting, though. I wonder how that will play out.

If you wanted to maximize the chances of a decent Batman film with Ben it would certainly be this.

I see nothing wrong with Ben Affleck being cast as Batman, nor do I think that every future Batman movie should try to replicate the Nolan franchise.

Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and JGL were all great in the Nolan franchise and I find them all to portray much more interesting characters than Batman, which is a shame because they may not even make it into the movie.

Okay, I've done a complete 180 on this and have decided that, not only will Ben Affleck be good, but he will be my favorite Batman ever.

It's not even possible to top My Cocaine or Gary Oldman though.

Seeing all the Heath Ledger hate dredged up just makes me sad 'cause we lost a great and clearly underrated man :( I don't really care, I like Bale's rendition of Batman but Affleck could do a good job in a different kind of way. I'll pass judgement once I've seen it :monster:
