I won't claim you rigged the Cloud losing in a tie-breaker scenario, but I will point out that you miscounted. I checked twice, both times I counted 9 votes for Cloud and 7 for Murmina. With that in mind, I suspect you may need to edit your winners list, your tally and finally you may also need to re-do the second tie for this round (or do what I would do, simply PM the people asking to re-vote). :p
