As union leader I can make this choice and I accept the offer of a Silly Thread Coupon for each member from the management. These negotiations were hard fought (Some very heated PM's were sent, and negotiations went on throughout the night) and at one point it looked like a member walkout was going to take place. Thankfully this was not necessary and I'm glad we've come to this agreement.
