How did you figure out that seymour was evil at operation mihen. I didn't find out until he asked Yuna to marry him at Guadosalam?

Well, he said that the Operation wouldn't work and that they should let the people dream for a little longer. That means he knew heaps of people were going to die and he allowed it.
