Find a Chocobo that's at a level that's a multiple of 4 (using Sense), feed him three Mimett greens, then hit him with Lvl 4 suicide. He'll counter with chocobuckle. SLAM-BATA-BAM! :D

What two enemies can you morph to give you a ribbon?
The only enemy I've ever deliberately morphed to find a ribbon was that freak Tonberry; I don't know of the other enemy, so I'm gonna have to wait and find out. :)
It's the Ho-Chu enemy in the Advanced Battle in Battle Square(either the first or third enemy, I forget exactly). Not many people know of it.:)

Every WEAPON has a signature move based upon their stone (Emerald, Ruby, etc). What is Diamond WEAPON's signature move?

I'm going to make a semi-wild stab at 4 times. Twice in Midgar, once in Costa del Sol, and once at the Gold Saucer.
Signature move? For that one I don't know.

And Diamond WEAPON's name based signature move was Diamond Flash. :)

Err, you're wrong about the helicopter: if you enter Junon in the buggy, you can use the helicopter. So the answer is, technically, infinite times.
