Damn, and I came in here thinking I knew something about FF4. I don't know half these questions. I really got to play through it again.

Anyhow, I don't know for sure....but my guess is that the script does not change at all. I can't imagine the game designers ever figured we'd be insane enough to level up and defeat Cain. And if not that, the game probably crashes.

Well, that's pretty lame that the script doesn't change. I don't see why Cecil can't beat Cain at that point in the game.
